Petit Palace Museum

I am a client who would never fill out this review, but a friendly worker at the breakfast center changed my mind. Their service was excellent and I was made to feel well taken care of, so I have no choice but to give this hotel a 10/10! Not only is the location central, but you get great value for money. If you are looking for a fantastic experience, I highly recommend this place!

Staying at the Petit Palace Museum Hotel in Barcelona was an amazing experience! The hotel was in a fantastic location - close to many fun attractions and restaurants! The rooms were super clean and comfortable; the customer service provided by Yannick at the front desk was exceptional. It was my first time staying at a Petit Palace hotel, but it certainly won't be my last!

The room was amazing - we had a huge outdoor terrace with comfy seating. We were huge fans of the fluffy robes and slippers too. The staff were remarkable and incredibly helpful - they even called us a cab for our journey to the airport. Plus, we could easily explore the city on foot from the hotel. We'd definitely stay here again!

We booked for a two week stay and enjoyed every single day. We got the room with a third bed and it was in a small alcove next to the main room, with a window facing the back that opened to a lovely view of surrounding buildings and a concert hall. The room was clean and the bathroom spotless. We brought our own usb/electrical extensions with European plugs so that wasn't a problem. Service was excellent; when the toilet seat became very loose, someone was sent up and replaced it immediately. We chose the breakfast, which was certainly worthwhile thanks to the variety of buffet options. Auto machines made fresh espressos and there were many juices to choose from, plus meats and cheeses, fresh breads, fruit, yogurt, omelets and hot dishes. Be aware that the bacon was not cooked to American standards, though this seems to be a local thing. This hotel was in a great spot with cafes round the corner, some well-rated restaurants nearby, and a short walk to many tourist attractions. Plus, cabs were always easy to find and it was 15-20 minutes max to most places. The staff were helpful, and there was some construction in the back, but not too intrusive. One minor issue was that the door cards didn't hold their codes well, so we had to get them recoded a few times when we returned from our trips. All in all, it was a great stay - clean rooms, well located, and affordable. It's not a high-end hotel, and if you are looking for a pool, spa, etc. it wouldn't be suitable for you; but for decent accommodation at a great price, it's a good choice.
