Our room was barely cleaned and the bedside lamps didn't work. We had incredibly noisy neighbours and there is no air-conditioning, no fans or even a working window. The 'breakfast' consisted of a couple of croissants and a cup of coffee. We have no hesitation in recommending that you avoid this hotel.
I wholeheartedly agree with the previous review of Praktik Bakery. The staff displayed an unfriendly attitude and the facilities were certainly subpar. Our room was far from clean, with the carpets worn and paint chipped and cracked. Even the bedside lamps weren't functional! The lack of air-conditioning or a working window added to the uncomfortable atmosphere, as well as the loud neighbours. To make matters worse, the 'breakfast' was nothing more than a couple of croissants and a cup of coffee. It was, without a doubt, the most negative hotel experience I have ever had, and I would strongly advise against staying at the Praktik Bakery.
We had a great stay at Praktik Bakery. Rooms were quite basic, but they were very clean and had been decorated in a pleasant way. The bed was especially comfortable, and the shower was great, with strong water pressure and a good temperature. We had no problem with soundproofing, as we could hardly hear any noise from the cafe below our room. Breakfast was not included in the price, but we paid each morning for coffee and pastries, which tasted superb. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they all spoke English too. Highly recommended!
