We had a really nice stay at Room Mate Gerard. We were a family of 4 adults and a child and chose this hotel for our quick trip to Barcelona. It was in an ideal spot, close to all of the city's highlights, eateries and attractions. The room we had was very spacious and comfortable and we were even given larger rooms than we had booked, thanks to the excellent customer service from Ruiy. The beds were so comfy and the room was beautifully decorated in a modern style. We would definitely book Room Mate Gerard again with full confidence.
Had a fantastic stay at Room Mate Gerard! The staff was so helpful and friendly, making sure we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, with so many options. The kitchen staff was so kind, offering us a special treat of Tortilla from their kitchen! The location was great, close to all the major attractions. The front desk team were very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning soon!
Overall, this was a pleasant stay.
The staff at Room Mate Gerard are really friendly and helpful, and the very central location made it easy to explore the city. My only gripe was the cleanliness; when we arrived in our room, we noticed some ants, so we asked to be moved to another room. That was done quickly and efficiently. In the new room, there were still some signs of poor cleaning, for instance the sink and shower heads weren't sparkling-but this was our only issue. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.
