The noise level at the hotel was incredibly disruptive to my sleep, as there was continuous loud music playing from 11PM to well past 3AM. I was unable to rest at all, even though I needed to be up at 3AM for a long flight. I would not advise staying here. I spoke to the staff at reception about the noise, but they failed to mention that there would be an event with loud music lasting into the early morning. It is completely unacceptable for a hotel that caters to guests in transit to allow such disturbance. I have never experienced anything like this at any other hotel.
During our trip to Barcelona, we were in search of a high-end hotel near our daughter's residence. This hotel surpassed our expectations in every aspect. Positioned at a key transit hub, it allowed us to conveniently explore various parts of the city. The staff was warm and extremely efficient, catering to all our needs effortlessly.
I had a fantastic stay at the Via Sants Hotel Barcelona, Tapestry Collection By Hilton. The space theme throughout the hotel was a unique touch that added to the overall experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and equipped with excellent facilities. We specifically chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the train station, as we had an early departure the following morning. The bar area was lovely and offered a great atmosphere for unwinding after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay, as the variety and quality of food was excellent. The service provided by the staff was top-notch and added to the overall enjoyable stay. The only issue we encountered was with the Airton not working properly in our friend's room, making it uncomfortably hot for them. Despite this, my husband and I were comfortable and had a great stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and convenient location.
I had a delightful experience at this hotel. The accommodations were excellent and I would love the opportunity to stay again. The staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a fantastic stay.
This hotel was a suitable choice for a short stay. Unfortunately, there were issues with room soundproofing, with noise infiltration from adjacent rooms. On a positive note, the beds were cozy and the breakfast spread was top-notch. The reception team was also quite accommodating and attentive. While the location may not be central, it is convenient for commuting via metro or train to work.
