The hotel's location is fantastic, right above a train station that connects to many other places. We had a smooth check-in process and enjoyed the great amenities. There are plenty of tapas restaurants and bars within walking distance. However, I had booked a twin room but was given a double bed. As we were only staying one night and were tired from traveling, we didn't make a big fuss about it, but I did double check my booking and found that they had made a mistake.
My experience at this hotel was not the best. We had to wait a long time to check-in and were disappointed to find out that there was no complimentary water on our second day. Unlike other 4 star hotels, we were expected to pay for it. On the bright side, the cleanliness of the hotel and its location were impressive.
I had a two-night stay at this hotel and found it to be conveniently located near Barcelona-Sants station. The room was clean and cozy, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, it was a great hotel, although I was a bit confused by the space station-like atmosphere.
As a traveler arriving in Barcelona by train, I was pleasantly surprised by the unique theme of this hotel. Not only was it conveniently located near the train station, but I also received an unexpected upgrade to a luxurious suite due to a double booking issue with my original room. The suite was well worth it, with a comfortable bed, thoughtful extras like a wedge pillow and bed tray, and impeccably clean bathrooms equipped with a jet tub and bidet. Despite its proximity to the train and street, the noise level was surprisingly low, making for a peaceful stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Barcelona.
This hotel was simply amazing. We stayed here for one night on our way to Spain from the UK and it was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was great, and the breakfast was delicious. We also joined the club on the website, which gave us a great discount and some wonderful perks. We will definitely be back!
