This hotel was so ?! It was super close to all the ?️ attractions and the staff was so ? and the rooms were ? and the bed was like sleeping on ?! The only thing that took me by surprise was the 'Toorist Taks' that added an extra £35 to my bill ?. But still, the public transport connections ?? were really good and it only took us about 15 minutes to get to Last Ramblas ?.
The stairs at the pool need to be repaired, however the overall cleanliness and beauty of the accommodation was lovely. This hotel was very contemporary and it had a fantastic, central location with easy access to the metro. Our overall experience with this place was excellent.
I had an incredible stay at this hotel and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The room service was outstanding, and I've always had a pleasant experience. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Barcelona, and I'd definitely stay at this gorgeous hotel again!?
This hotel was quite the letdown. Between the construction during the day, the far away location and the small, sweltering pool, it was hard to enjoy my stay. Even when I expressed my dissatisfaction, there was no attempt to make it up to me. The only redeeming quality of the hotel was the condition of the rooms.
I had an amazing stay at the Sercotel Amister Art Hotel Barcelona! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless, and breakfast was delicious - even offering a variety of lactose-free options for guests like me who are lactose-intolerant. I absolutely loved the rooftop terrace with its refreshing swimming pool and comfy loungers. Plus, it's just a 10-minute walk to two metro stations and a 20-25 minute stroll to the city centre - so you can explore the city with ease. Highly recommend this hotel!
