My stay at this hotel was simply perfect. Situated in a wonderful spot that was close to the beach, the Old Town and La Ramblas, yet not feeling cramped and overcrowded, this hotel was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the moment I checked in they knew my name and kept checking to see if I was enjoying my stay. The room and its amenities were lovely.
Staying at the Serras Barcelona Hotel was a great experience. The hotel was situated in a peaceful area and close to all of the city's artworks. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs, and the food and drinks that were served from breakfast to dinner were of the highest quality and prepared by professionals. The room was especially well-organised and used the space efficiently.

The breakfast waitress, Sandra, was particularly welcoming and accommodating to any dietary needs. The hotel's layout is clean and quaint, and the location gave us easy access to explore the city. This boutique hotel is dedicated to giving personal service to guests, making sure our stay was extraordinary. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The manager, Carla, made sure everything was perfect and we had a memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Barcelona.
I had an awesome stay at the Serras Barcelona Hotel in Barcelona. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of all the major attractions and sites, making it perfect for sightseeing. The staff were really friendly and helpful - nothing was an issue for them. The rooms were small but very well furnished. The hotel is also near lots of great restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again.
Staying at this hotel wasn't the most pleasant experience?. The air conditioning in the room wasn't functioning properly, making it difficult to sleep. Also, the sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain. When I mentioned my concern to the front desk they didn't react✋️. It definitely doesn't seem like a luxury hotel ?♂️.
