Serras Barcelona

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and really seemed to care about making our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, they was there to make suggestions, provide refreshments, and help us get the right taxi. The service we experienced was simply impeccable.

We can't really put into words how we realy feel about the Serras, but simply put we will forevver be gratefull for this wonnderful, wonderful hotel as they deliverd our dream wedding. Our wedding was everythig we could have ever hoped for and more at the Serras on the rooftop, with a gorgoeus sit down meal curated by their chef Marc Gascons. All of our guests were blowwn away and many said it was the best wedding they've ever been to and even more said it was the best food they've ever had! This is in huge thankss to their incredible events manager Rosa and also the fabolous catering staff, chefs and everybody else who had any part in our 3 night stay and wedding! ?? We hope to returrn whenever we are able to, at least for anniversaries, this hotel will hold a special plce in our hearts for the rest of our lives! Thank you so much to everybody. Truly a 5 star hotel, food, rooms, drinks are all gorgoeus! The day after the wedding I ordered room service and got in the jacuzzi bath to ease my hangover and the food was increadable! Best room service I've evver had. And very happy to see that the jacuzzi bath was immculate, no limescale or grime at all shooting out of the jets! ?? If you want relaxed luxury in the heart of Barcelona with beautifull views, food and location then this is your spot!… ???

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived we felt as if family was welcoming us home. Anastasia greeted us so warmly upon arrival, which was absolutely a reflection of the gracious hospitality we experienced daily from every member of the staff. And the breakfast manager, Sandra, was truly exceptional! She made our family feel as if we have a new, dear friend in Barcelona! We can’t wait to return to this beautiful city, and to our new friends at this hotel!

This beautifully designed small hotel had modern and elegant decor which definitely impressed. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was indeed clean, however, it was a bit smaller than expected for the price paid. Additionally, it overlooked a busy street, though the insulation of the room adequately muffled any noise. The hotel's location was brilliant, within walking distance of the marina and beach, La Rambla and more. Breakfast and drinks were also very good quality. All in all, it was an excellent stay for exploring Barcelona.

A stay at the Serras Barcelona Hotel was truly a remarkable experience! From the beautiful hotel to the exceptional staff to the delicious food, this was an unforgettable experience. The location was superb with lots of amenities close by as well as lovely areas for a stroll or some drinks. The staff could not have done more to make our stay perfect and we would happily return again.
