I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was top notch and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The location was great for taking in the sights and exploring the city. The breakfast was superb, with the honey and coffee being especially delicious. The chocolate croissants were simply divine!
This hotel is the best I've ever stayed in! From the start, the staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. The room was immaculate and had a pleasant, tranquil atmosphere, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The rooftop bar was adorable and had heaters and a fireplace for colder evenings. But the most amazing thing is that my husband thought he had lost his phone at a nearby restaurant/bar. After a few days, we heard it had been found, and the hotel was so kind and helpful; they offered to go pick it up from the restaurant, bring it back to the hotel, and even arrange for it to be sent back to us in the USA. They went above and beyond!
Absolutely spectacular! The Serras Barcelona Hotel was one of the finest stays of my life. The location was ideal, close to a plethora of quality eateries and shopping opportunities. The customer service was exemplary and we simply relished the roof top restaurant. The menu was exquisite, the staff hospitable and the rooms luxurious yet peaceful; even my kids didn't want to leave! I would rate the Serras Barcelona Hotel an A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++.
I could go on and on positively about this hotel.
This hotel deserves to be commended for its excellence. Let's get the basics out of the way. All of the following are excellent: location, decor, service, history and curbside appeal. While it may cost a little more, it's worth it! The concierge were very accommodating and friendly when we arrived. Special kudos to Diego and Raphael for the exceptional service. Even though our room couldn't be ready in the morning, they were both very helpful while we changed into suitable clothing. Marjorie with housekeeping, who can only speak her native Spanish, went out of her way to assist with a European adapter/converter. And to top it off, there was even more help with a straight iron. The positive remarks about this hotel could go on and on. It is certainly worthy of commendation.
Serras Barcelona was a great place to stay during our vacation. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and the rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we slept soundly every night. The location was also very convenient, with many attractions close by. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona and we would definitely stay here again!
