We had an amazing 5 night stay at this gorgeous 5 star hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, making us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was truly impressive. The only issue we had was that we couldn't keep the balcony doors open at night due to the noise, but other than that it was perfect. We'd definitely stay here again.

Sandra, the breakfast manager, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She was so helpful in making sure I had everything I needed to get my work done. She was so kind to remember my name and gave me a warm smile each morning. The food was delicious and even I, someone who doesn't usually like sweets, found the evening treats delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel!
This boutique hotel provides an ideal place to stay for a luxury break in Barcelona. The friendly and attentive staff were great and always available to help. The breakfast was always delicious, and dinner in the restaurant was top-notch. This is a truly luxurious experience.

This hotel is truly a 5 Star experience! Extremely quiet rooms with double windows and a bed that is incredibly comfortable. The amenities were plentiful and complimentary water, snacks and great lighting were provided. The bathroom was huge with a double sink, large walk-in shower and everything looked brand new. Breakfast was excellent and part of the booking rate. The rooftop restaurant and bar were wonderful with great food and a great wine list and a really inviting vibe. Service was top notch and they really do know you by name and are always willing to help. A top rated hotel without a doubt!
Our stay at Serras Barcelona for our wedding anniversary was an unforgettable experience! The service, from start to finish, was simply incredible. The rooms were absolutely amazing and the location was conveniently central – not to mention the staff's attentiveness towards all the guests. If you ever find yourself in Barcelona, treat yourself to a reservation at the delightful rooftop restaurant – you won't be disappointed! We are already planning our return to Serras Barcelona - it's an absolute must!
