Our entire experience was excellent - starting with the reservation process, where we were reached out to regarding any specific needs and inquired about our trip. The warm welcome we received and the thoughtful details made our anniversary celebration even more special. The hotel's location is ideal, situated on the outskirts of the gothic quarter and next to Port Vell, making it convenient to reach all the major attractions by foot. The Informal restaurant was also remarkable. We cannot wait to come back!
Our experience at the Serras Barcelona Hotel was simply incredible! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and attention to detail. As soon as we stepped out of the taxi, our luggage was promptly taken care of and we were greeted with a glass of Cava and delicious homemade chocolate. As we sipped our wine, we were given a tour of the hotel and instantly felt pampered. I cannot rave enough about this hotel and its wonderful staff. And as for location, it couldn't be better - just beyond the Gothic Quarter, a true treasure to explore.
My travel partner and I have a preference for Boutique hotels due to their intimate atmosphere. Our recent stay at a luxurious hotel in Barcelona far exceeded our expectations. The staff, who we were delighted to discover were warm and hospitable, helped enhance our overall experience in the city. Their interactions with us were always genuine and went beyond formalities to truly understand and support our time in Barcelona. One particular staff member, known as SANDRA, truly stood out with her exceptional personality and attention to detail. She made us feel like part of her own family and is without a doubt a highlight of our trip. We would like to express our gratitude to the hotel for providing us with a superb stay and creating such a welcoming and homely environment through their corporate culture.
