This hotel is situated in a fantastic area, close to the Gothic Quarter, El Born, port Vell, and Barcelona. The staff was incredibly professional and competent, and they were able to fulfill all of my requests, even arranging day trips for me. The rooms were nicely decorated and spotlessly clean.
? Visited the Serras Barcelona hotel and it was an absolute gem! The location was ?and the decor was stunning. Our room was equipped with everything we needed and more. But what really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were always so attentive and polite, even giving us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. Needless to say, we'll definitely be staying at the Serras again on our next trip to Barcelona. Can't wait! ?
This hotel's location was perfect for exploring the Gothic quarter and the Port in Barcelona. Despite being on a main boulevard, our room was surprisingly quiet thanks to the double windows. The rooftop bar was a wonderful addition and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff, who were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. I highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff went above and beyond with their exceptional service. I would like to express my gratitude to the Breakfast Manager, Sandra, for always welcoming us and making sure we had everything we required. She also kindly recommended some fantastic restaurants for us to try. The quality of service at the restaurant, Informal, was also top-notch and we savored both the delicious food and the breathtaking view. I highly recommend this hotel and am confident that you will have a delightful experience, just like I did.
