During our stay in Barcelona, my wife and I were impressed by the exceptional quality of the staff and facilities. The level of professionalism, attentiveness, and friendliness displayed by the staff left a lasting impression on us. We truly felt welcomed and valued as guests. Despite being a smaller hotel, we found ample spots for relaxation outside of our generously-sized room. The ambiance throughout the hotel exuded a luxurious vibe. Overall, we had a highly positive experience.
? Our stay began with a warm welcome and a ? to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The service was ? and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Unfortunately, there was a sudden taxi strike which caused some transportation issues, but Lizabeth did her best to help us out. She even personally drove us to Sagrada Familia for our entry time! ? Diego provided us with great dining suggestions and Paulo and Simeon were helpful with our bags and taxis. The ? professionalism at this hotel was truly exceptional and made it the best stay I've had in years of traveling. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Serras Barcelona Hotel and I must say, it was truly a lovely experience. The hotel itself exuded modernity and was perfectly appointed with all the necessary amenities. The staff at Serras Barcelona were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the fantastic rooftop restaurant, offering breathtaking views. This hotel in Barcelona is an absolute hidden treasure! The level of service provided, the establishment itself, the rooftop bar, the dining options, the room service and the cuisine are all top-notch. We were well looked after from the moment we made our reservation until our bittersweet farewells. The location was ideal as well. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly suggest this hotel for an unforgettable stay in Barcelona that will surely leave you longing to come back.
My stay here was simply phenomenal! ?The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. ?♀️The location is ?and the rooms were ?as well. But what really made my mornings special was Sandra, the breakfast manager. ☕She always had my cappuccino ready and it was always perfect! Her kindness and warm spirit made me feel at home every morning. ?Sandra truly sets the standard for exceptional service and I will definitely miss her. ?I hope our paths cross again in the future!
