This hotel was a pleasant surprise during our stay in Barcelona. The modern decor and well-maintained facilities made for a comfortable experience. The friendly staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooftop was a great feature, with a spacious seating area for guests to enjoy their own drinks or order from the bar. The bartender was exceptionally skilled and we thoroughly enjoyed both our drinks and watching their preparation. Overall, a fantastic stay.
? Avoid. ? There is currently ? building works. You can not use ? roof terrace before 10am, at which point Builders start work on the roof. There seems to be some confusion about exactly when the building is being done. ? Please also note they have a strict no roof policy after 10pm, you will not be allowed to "go up to see the stars", which I'm told is a common request. ? Room WiFi did not work and window does not fully open and bathroom water damage and no extractor fan. The hotel did fix broken ?bathroom light and ? door at our request on our arrival promptly, and the hotel is clean and safe with a 1st rate reception team. ? Summary; avoid if sunrise or stars, fresh air or WiFi, are important to you. Go if you need a safe clean place to stay with excellent reception staff. (I will update on progress as I have made a ?? formal complaint via booking.com as I think this situation is unfair for the staff, builders and future guests)….
My stay was at a well-located hotel situated on a quiet street within the bustling Ramblas area. The entrance may not be impressive, but the lobby is tastefully decorated. The rooms were clean and organized, with comfortable beds. The staff was always willing to assist with any requests. However, there were some areas that needed better maintenance. Nevertheless, the breakfast had a wide variety of options and was carefully prepared.
During my stay, I unfortunately misplaced my charger and experienced unsatisfactory room service. The amenities were lacking and the quality was subpar, making it difficult for me to recommend this hotel to others. However, the location is convenient as it is centrally located, which I appreciated. Overall, my experience was not the best.
Our stay in Barcelona was absolutely amazing. The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and the room left us speechless. The first night was a bit noisy, but we were able to change rooms and had an incredible stay. The front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating.
