Sir Victor Hotel, part of Sircle Collection
About
Magnificent design rooms
All the expertise of the "SIRCLE Collection" group is concentrated in this hotel to satisfy the international jet set as well as the local gotha. Sir Victor Hotel (formerly OMM Hotel) is ideally located on the corner of Passeig de Gracia and not far from Gaudi's Pedrera, which can be seen from the terrace.
Some people only go there for its famous Mister Porter's restaurant. We loved its striking façade, its magnificent, comfortable designer rooms, its swimming pool on the roof terrace facing the Pedrera, its spa and its famous new-look hairdressing salon... It's an atmosphere that's hard to leave...

I arrived at my hotel with an email confirming I had paid in full, including city tax. However, the receptionist still insisted in deduction 200 euros from my preloaded debit card. When I asked for a refund upon my departure, they refused, claiming the email was incorrect. When I asked to see the manager, I was told there was no one available. City tax still ended up being taken from the 200 euros. As an 81 year old widow, I felt the way I was treated was appalling. Furthermore, my room was not cleaned properly; the iron I left out to cool was not put away, the bath plug was exposed, and the water from the shower didn't drain. The floor wasn't cleaned during my three-day stay, although the bed linen was clean and the bed was comfortable. Despite the presence of numerous bottles of alcohol in my room, there was no fridge, unlike in other hotels I've stayed in. The roof-top pool was difficult to swim in, as the sides were covered in mattress loungers with sunbathers. I had to climb up at one end to get into the pool, and there was only room for one person. This hotel is vastly overpriced and pretentious - one of my worse experiences. I would not recommend it to anyone.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was superb, the spa amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a great roof terrace, and the social club was a real highlight. The decor was delightful and the local area had lots of restaurants and interesting attractions. Highly recommended.
To celebrate our 10 yr wedding anniversary, we opted to stay at this particular hotel for one night ? The room was simply lovely and the staff went out of their way to make it extra special ? The location was also great and the breakfast selection was as amazing as could be ?? On top of that, the rooftop bar and snack menu were really impressive - a wonderful place to celebrate an important milestone ??❤️? Highly recommended ??
This boutique hotel provides a great location and a remarkable rooftop. I would strongly recommend the included breakfast, as it was one of the best I ever had. The only downside of staying here is the price - it is quite steep compared to similar hotels.
The plumping of the Whirpool in the Spa area was very disruptive. The terrace area was nice, though the level of service wasn't ideal. Despite the price, it was in a good location. Breakfast was reasonable. It was clear that the hotel wasn't brand new.
