This quirky hotel in a prime location was a great stay. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The shower was amazing! They even had water fountains in a couple of the floors which was so convenient. We had to ask for toilet paper and for the tea and coffee supplies to be replenished a couple of times, but that was no problem. It's super close to a university and a metro station, so you can't beat it!
Had a not so pleasant stay. Our team had several rooms booked, but none of us were satisfied. For 2 nights out of 4, the rooms weren't cleaned, and towels weren't changed - one would expect better for a 4-star hotel. The shower was faulty, allowing water to leak out during a shower. The bathroom was also not well designed, making it difficult to use. There was neither a safe box nor a fridge in the room - again, not something you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was just "okay". The sky bar on the terrace refused to serve us twice - once at midnight, and once at 11:30 PM, despite promoting the night terrace. The location was great, being in the center and close to the metro, and the terrace was nice; these were the only two positives. Poor service makes me rule out this hotel for future visits to Barcelona.
The accommodation is right in a great spot, with easy access to metro and bus stops. The staff are delightful and very helpful. There were some qualms I had with the breakfast - it wasn't the best value for money. But I'd still whole heartedly recommend this place. I'd be more than happy to stay here again.
We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooftop terrace was stunning, offering a great view of the area and the perfect spot to relax. The location was also perfect, as it was a 15-minute walk away from the iconic Sagrada Familia and right next to the Universita metro station. Our room was clean and cozy; it felt just like home. You can also get the best rates if you book your stay through the Sonder app.
Did a eruro trip w my wife and stayed at sonders all over Europce bc we always get a huge appartement at a reasoanble prcie w this company. This location is so beautifuel. Beautifuul building. The inside is very clean, moder and well furnised. Sonder is the only way to go. Obsesseed w this company. My suggesstion Is download the sonder aapp and always book directly w them bc like that they give you huge disscounts and the best custpomer service. I highly recomend this place.
