This hotel had exceptionally comfortable beds. It was immaculately clean and modern, with helpful and accommodating staff. Its location was great for getting out and exploring the neighbourhood. They were very helpful at the reception desk, willing to lend a hand when needed. I would most certainly stay again.

My stay at the hotel was less than satisfactory. The daily room cleaning and location of the hotel were the only positives. Unfortunately, the service at reception regarding the technical issues I experienced in the room was far from satisfactory. Every time I approached them for help, they avoided the issue and promised to resolve it later, which never happened.

This was an amazing place to stay and we were warmly welcomed despite our early arrival! Our room was located at the back of the building, frequented by a sweet little balcony which was a perfect little sun trap. It was illuminated and stocked with all the necessary amenities for us to use. Given the excellent condition of our room, I only gave it 4* instead of 5*. Although the breakfast area was relatively small and not all food items were available, we were only a short walk away from the Arc de Triomphe and the nearby park. We had a fantastic time here and the staff were friendly and immensely helpful.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel situated in the hub of Barcelona. The customer service was outstanding, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the views from the roof terrace were stunning. I would definitely recommend it.
