Vincci Gala is a great place for anyone to stay. The staff is polite and attentive, always willing to help with whatever you need. The rooms are comfortable and luxuriously appointed, with great amenities. Location is superb with many good restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. Highly recommend!
Central location for visiting places of interest. Clean and spacious rooms with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Great location to explore the city, with many nearby restaurants and shops. Lovely breakfast with plenty of options. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Road noise is a bit of a downside, but with the windows closed it was manageable. Would definitely stay there again.
My family and I stayed at the Vincci Gala and were really pleased with our experience. The rooms were roomy and spotless, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, they made us feel so at ease. The buffet breakfast was top-notch and had lots of options, it was one of best we've ever had. We had a great stay and can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Walking into Vincci Gala, I instantly felt like I was in a 4 star hotel. The grand staircase, however, led to the most uninviting terrace, surrounded by other buildings. The bar was quite average and unimpressive. The lifts were a source of discomfort, which could be heard late into the night and early in the morning. The room itself was dark and not well-furnished with curtains that didn't close properly. The bathroom had a huge gap in the glass door, which made it really hard to have privacy. The light switches were also odd and the choice of light fittings was strange. I wouldn't rate it higher than a 3 star hotel, as I didn't find it up to the standard and comfort of a 4 star.
I stayed at the Vincci Gala during my recent trip to Barcelona and it was a truly memorable experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was perfect (right at the top of old town with easy access to the airport bus stop), and the facilities were impeccably clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also a real treat! All in all, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.
