We stayed at this adults-only hotel for 4 nights in April 2023. Our stay was wonderful and the staff was absolutely outstanding. During our trip, my partner unfortunately dropped a precious and sentimental piece of jewelry down the sink drain. I spoke with the staff and Gabriel from the front desk arranged for one of their maintenance colleagues, Francisco, to come and see if it could be retrieved. When we returned from dinner, the gentleman at the front desk handed us an envelope with our jewelry inside! My partner was so relieved and happy. The customer service here was simply amazing. The room was quiet, clean, and tidy, and the hotel was close to La Rambla and the Mediterranean. We look forward to staying here again when we return to Barcelona! Thank you.
This hidden gem in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter was well beyond what I had expected. The staff were truly welcoming and made me feel like family. The rooms were very tastefully designed and the breakfast each morning was scrumptious. The hotel was in a great location for seeing the city's historic streets and soaking up the vibrant culture. I would definitely suggest this place for anyone who wants a special and memorable stay. A special thank you to Guillem for arranging an in room massage at an unbelievably short notice!

This stay at Wittmore Hotel - Adults Only wasn't what we expected from a 5* hotel; from the underwhelming welcome, to the wrong food being brought to us, and the drinks orders being forgotten. To top it off, when we returned to our room after a day in the city, we found that it had not been serviced, but someone had left us a slice of cake! To make matters even worse, the reception staff seemed uninterested in helping to rectify the situation, and we were only informed by another guest that the General Manager had been sitting in the lobby the whole time. We were promised the manager would contact us but this never happened. Disappointing.
Had the pleasure of staying at Wittmore Hotel - Adults Only recently and it was an amazing experience. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were very comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious, the mini bar was fully stocked, and the popcorn was a unique treat when returning in the evening. Definitely recommend this establishment and look forward to my next visit.
Wow! What a wonderful surprise it was to stay at Wittmore Hotel! The décor is wonderfully elegant but never feels overbearing. The staff are so accommodating and friendly; they really go the extra mile to make sure you have a great time. The rooftop area is a must - the sunsets and the garden setting lend a truly zen atmosphere. Breakfast is a treat with many delicious options, and I especially recommend getting the cheese tray and trying the omelettes. Special thanks to Lucia for her helpfulness - definitely the kind of service that makes a stay special.
