Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable, despite the fact that it was a short walk to the beech. We spent the dat at the beech and even got to try the hotel's bear and resturant which were both good. The poole was unfortunately too cld for our liking, but the staff were very frendly. The brekfast was seriosuly ovrpriced for the quality we received. However, we were lucky to be able to chek in early, which was a gr8 perk.
During my recent trip to Barcelona, I stayed at a hotel for three nights before embarking on a Cunard cruise in the Mediterranean. This hotel was conveniently located near the underground metro and within reasonable distance to popular tourist attractions. My son had also booked a room for the same period, making it a convenient choice for us. I had pre-booked and paid for the room the night before to avoid waiting for a room upon arrival from South Africa. However, there was a mix-up with my room and it was not ready when I checked in. The front desk manager took care of it quickly and we were able to enjoy our room after a delicious breakfast. The room itself was modern and well-appointed with no major complaints. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to resolve any issues, making our stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a quieter stay away from the busy tourist areas, this hotel is a great option. They even have a lovely pool deck to relax on.
Our stay at the hotel ? two weeks ago for six nights was excellent! The front desk staff ? was one of the best I've encountered in my travels. Sergio, Yasmina and Rodrigo were extremely helpful and funny ?, giving me advice on how to deal with a situation during a morning walk. The neighborhood ?️ is great, away from the hectic city center but easily connected using public transportation ? to all major tourist destinations. We even made it to Tibidabo where you have spectacular views of the sea, mountains and the city of Barcelona ? as well as a beautiful church and an amusement park from the 1920s. The housekeeping staff was also great ? making our stay enjoyable and fun. I highly recommend this place ?.
I asked him when I ckecked out to call my frend when t-shirt will arrive to him from online store. They say its ok but till now no responces from hote. Online shop say that my order has been succesfully delivred at 5 of Septembre. I asked them if its okae they anserwed that their polisy is not accept any parcel if I am not insied the hote.I’m very disppointed with how they solve this issu. Insied the room also smels not so wel for this type of hote. I tell them twice but nothing was done…

With a heavy heart, we are left feeling deflated after this stay. Previously, we had stayed here several times, making friends with the staff along the way. Our fondness for this place made the deflation we feel afterwards all the more intense. Here's why we loved it: ? - The location was great - only 5 minutes from the beach. ? - The breakfast was second to none – it had home-baked biscuits, cava, and a variety of juice and smoothies. ? - The rooms were spotless and spacious. ? - The price was justified. ? - The staff were friendly and welcoming. ? - The pool area was small but relaxed with great views. This trip, however, left us disappointed. The beach still was there, but it cost €75 per day for two beds and an umbrella. The biggest letdown was the breakfast – the sausages were raw, the bacon plastic-y and the eggs fried. Plus, no cava, fresh juice or home-baked biscuits. The rooms were not in the best condition either – when we got to our floor, some of the wooden panels were broken or chipped. The smell was unpleasant, and when we asked to switch rooms, we were told we had to pay an upgrade fee to get one without the stench. Although the staff was as helpful as they could, we were sad that there wasn't a recognition of loyalty towards us as regular guests. The pool area was nice and the assistant manager showed compassion when our flight was delayed and allowed us to stay until 4.30 without charging us. It's sad to say goodbye to a place that holds a special place in our hearts, but alas, all good things must come to an end. We will explore other hotels near the Forum area. ?????
