Truly enjoyed our honeymoon stay. And I received a welcome email from Diana a couple of days before we arrived, which already gave us a feeling of being welcomed. Throughout our stay, we felt warmly approached by all the staff. They welcomed us and listened to us no matter where we were from, whereas I sometimes don't see that from other 5-star hotels due to my broken English or other issues. They were kind enough until the end of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful memory during our stay in Barcelona and the hotel we stayed at was a big part of that.
We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The restaurant, service, and food were all excellent. The location was perfect. Although there was an issue with a drain, the staff acknowledged it and did their best to address it.
I had an absolutely fantastic stay in Barcelona! There was a wonderful rooftop pool and bar, and the staff was absolutely stellar in their service. The accommodation itself was immaculate and situated in an ideal location. It's relatively new, having been established only five years ago - although the pandemic has obviously caused some disruption. Everything was perfect - we met some wonderful folks at the bar, the food was superb and everyone was so welcoming at all times.
The location of the accommodation was perfect - right near the best restaurants, shopping and bars. At first, there were some hiccoughs when we were checking in, but everything ended up going smoothly and we had a positive stay. The hotel is great, although some of the rooms might require some refurbishment.
We absolutely loved our stay in Barcelona. Fabulous location, incredible service, beautiful room and amazing daily breakfast. We were also upgraded to a 1BR unit on arrival, which was a nice surprise. Great rooftop bar too!
