First time in Barcelona. Location was great and the staff really made it special - Cristina was so friendly and always smiling at breakfast. There was a vast selection of food options for breakfast and the room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was great also. The rooftop bar was ok, but the couches always seemed to be messy and wet. The climate in the room was not as cool as we would have liked it to be compared to other places we have stayed in Spain. All in all, we had a pleasant stay.
First time in Barcelona and we stayed at the hotel. First room smelt like sewage on the 5th floor, they were nice to change and upgrade our room the next day. Rooms are run down, and not clean, tables and toilet seats are sticky. Ppl in the city are not very honest. Taxi driver ripped us off thinking we are stupid tourist. Pls be aware. A few staff at the hotel are not helpful with dishonest taxi fare. We are not from here and asked for their help, excuses after another. I will not be coming back, ppl are rude and dishonest, feel very unsafe here.
Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience! From the room, the bed, the toiletries, the view and the convenient ? location, I felt really pampered??♀️. The customer service, breakfast and spa were above and beyond?. If you're looking for a great stay in Barcelona, this is the place you need to be?!
My stay was truly superb. The hospitality was top-notch and the restaurant suggestions were spot-on. Everything about this hotel was amazing and its location was ideal. I would highly recommend this one.
As we arrived in Barelona, Bryon Llamuca was the 1st person at the hote I met. He was a fantastik person and a great hard worker. When we approuched the hote he and the other staff were FAST to aproach our taxi and help with anything we need. We had only been in Barelona for an hour and it was already a fantastik experience. After checking in we went to get breakfast which was absolutly fanastic in ever way. Servise was top notch. Food was amazin. Living up to its Michelin star rating ?????. We enjoyed everythin the hote had to offer. The rooftop bar/grill was fanstic. The servise up there was great, fast and friendly. We enjoyd it during the day and at night and both of which were fanstic. We then had dinner at the resturaunt which was absolutly incredibul. Food was fanstic and the presentacion was the best i've ever seen. The appitizers, main and desrt all fanstic. Servise again amazin. The following day we had to leave to head to our cruise. The rooms were absolutly incredibul in this hote and we did not want to leave. When we checked out Bryant was fantastik as always. His smile and great attitued made checking in and out great. What a great person this hote should be proud to have him. All the staff took such pride and care in everythin they do ????. We left with the most fantastik time and memmories at this hote.…
