Almanac Barcelona

Our stay at this hotel was incredible. It is situated in the heart of Barcelona, surrounded by great shops and restaurants that were all recommended by the reception staff. The service provided by the entire team was exceptional and they were very attentive to our needs. We are already looking forward to returning here in the future.

During my recent stay at the Almanac Barcelona Hotel, I was blown away by the flawless experience from check-in to check-out. The rooms were beautifully designed and equipped with top-of-the-line technology, making for a comfortable and modern stay. The service provided by the staff was exemplary, and I was consistently impressed by their attentiveness and professionalism. I also have to mention the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel - a great start to any day of business or leisure travel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect stay in Barcelona.

Upon arriving at my hotel, I was immediately struck by the unfriendly stares I received as an Asian American. Despite being a paying guest, I was made to feel like an unwelcome intruder. To add insult to injury, a white American couple walked in after me and were greeted with warmth and hospitality. It was clear that there was a stark difference in treatment based on race. Needless to say, my first impression of the hotel was marred by this blatant discrimination. As a result, I would strongly advise avoiding this establishment. In fact, I believe they should be removed from any reputable travel portals, such as American Express. It is disappointing to see such racism at a supposedly upscale, 5-star hotel. I would not recommend staying at this tacky and discriminatory hotel.

During our visit to Barcelona, we had the pleasure of staying at several esteemed hotels such as Ritz Carltons, St. Regis, and Montage. However, the level of personal attention we received at our accommodation was unparalleled. The staff members were truly exceptional and their hospitality cannot be matched. Special mention to Juan Manuel who should consider leading a Concierge Master Class. From the front desk to the bell/valet and housekeeping team, every employee demonstrated top-notch service. We are grateful for such a wonderful stay!

During our recent trip to Barcelona, we were delighted to stay at a hotel recommended by Oceania Cruises. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs and we found all the staff we interacted with to be extremely courteous, amiable, and accommodating. My cousin and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this establishment.
