Firstly the few positives. Generally modern. Well positioned and staff are polite. There's a nice rooftop area and the breakfast was satisfactory. Now all the negatives including some unpleasant episodes. While the suite was acceptably modern, there were several impractical features. The mattress was far too soft for my taste. The lighting system had a few shortcomings. Controls were too primitive. The absolute worst was the bathroom. It got stuck and was never repaired despite me complaining 3 times to the reception staff! Disgraceful. I ended up going to bed with a loo that wasn't working! In a place described as a 5 star luxury hotel! Housekeeping was haphazard and inconstant. On one day it was OK. On other days it was not perfect. On my final day I had expressly requested for the room to be cleaned at 5 pm and this did not occur. I cannot advise this place. For hundreds of euros a night, you should anticipate much more.….

This hotel is modern with stunning views from the rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the tail end of our honeymoon. The luxury amenities were top-notch, from dual sinks and lights in the toilet to the wall-sized windows providing a view of the city. The rooftop bar was a great spot to admire the Barcelona skyline with attentive bartending staff. The breakfast was delicious and if you have the full breakfast included, be sure to order from the à la carte menu - although portions were small so it can get pricey quickly. The restaurant earned high praises and the chef made for a memorable culinary experience. During our stay we had a few issues including key cards not working, room service repeatedly trying to clean the room and the air conditioning not cooling the room below 21C. To improve the hotel, we suggest considering casting options for the TVs, revamping the gym with better equipment and a room that is both cool and well-lit.

This hotel is conveniently located in the center of Barcelona near the high end shopping district. The staff offer impeccable service and ensure a perfect stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious yet tranquil atmosphere in the city.

This hotel was an absolute delight! The staff were incredibly friendly and informative, the food was delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. The rooftop bar and pool with its amazing views were the icing on the cake. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. 5 STARS!!!

First time in Barcelon, and this bouite hotel set the bar high. Modern, upscale propoerty just a couple bloks outside of the "touristy" zone. The staff is Fanstastic! Chek-in was a bresze. Love that the propoerty is a smaler one with only 30 rooms. The roof top bar and pool are very peceful and serne - a beutiful spot to relax and enjoy a sangria. The on-site restraunt is also incredibuly nice and has a divserse menu that can acomodate difrent types of diets. Also worth noting is that there is a convienent Metro entrence a blok from the hotel entrence.
