Great area and a lot of places to eat in the vicinity.
This hotel is really great if you're taking the train. The only drawback was the noise from what seemed to be an MC outside - nothing the hotel could do about it and it stopped around midnight. The beds were incredibly cozy and you had a variety of pillows to choose from. We loved the big bath towels and the interior design in the room was really nice. The location was awesome - lots of places to grab a bite nearby.
This hotel was great! The room was spacious and well-furnished. Unfortunately, the check-in process took a bit longer than expected, likely due to insufficient staff. Moreover, the receptionist was multitasking by handling both me and an incoming call.
We had a difficult experience at this hotel, as the air conditioning was not working properly and the windows could not be opened. As a result, our night was uncomfortable and we did not get much sleep. We reported the issue to the reception staff, and they explained that the problem could be resolved remotely. But when the next morning came, the air conditioning was still not fixed. After informing the reception desk again, a maintenance worker came to our room and confirmed the air conditioning was broken. We were moved to another room, however, no adjustments were made to the bill to compensate for the very poor quality room we stayed in.
This hotel was an ideal place to stay after a long day of traveling. It was convenient to get to our room from the train station. We really enjoyed the comfort and great breakfast it provided. The amenities in both the room and hotel were outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly. We also greatly appreciated the attention to detail with the cleanliness.
We stayed at a hotel attached to the train station for four nights on vacation, which was convenient for our travels. The room was comfortable, but the theme and decor felt more suited for an eleven year old rather than adults. The staff was unengaged and seemed to prioritize the conference groups on the property. Not only was it difficult to get service from reception or the restaurant, the restaurant staff were unhelpful, making dining there unlikely. Therefore, we would not recommend this hotel.
