Check-in was unbearably slow and some employees were quite impolite (not limited to us). The showers are wonderful, but the water tends to spill out. This four star hotel is one of the loudest we have ever experienced; noises from adjacent rooms, as well as from upstairs, can be heard quite clearly, including while in the shower. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet is phenomenal - a multitude of fresh foods offered and great service.
