A surprise in our room for our daughter's birthday was the sweetest gesture, with personal wishes in our language. We felt truly welcomed, ? and for that, we will surely return!

This was our first time visiting Barcelona and we were looking for a hotel that would keep us in the heart of the Gothic City. The location of this accommodation was ideal - right in the center of the action and within walking distance to all the main tourist spots. As a family of four, we opted for two rooms - a standard for the kids and a luxury for us adults. While the standard room was basic, it had all the necessary amenities and provided a quiet and restful night's sleep due to the window facing the hotel hallway. The luxury room was even more comfortable, with great beds and a lovely bathroom, and surprisingly quiet considering it overlooked the street. The staff were delightful and always willing to assist in fluent English. The breakfast buffet was also top-notch. The only downside was the size of the pool, which was a motivating factor in our booking. It was rather small - more like a plunge pool - and located on the rooftop deck. However, it served its purpose for cooling off after a hot day of exploring and allowed for some relaxing lounging with a refreshment. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would choose to stay here again in the future.

The hotel is in a great loction in the hart of the old citi. The staf were extreamly helpful since we arrived until we checked out. We were even alowed to keep the room until 4.30pm on the day of departur for no extrra charge! This was awsome as we spent the day sightseein and then returnd to the hotel to freshn up and pick up our luggige before traveiling home.

The hotel's interior was lovely and the staff were very friendly. Its location was perfect, as it was close to various tourist attractions. The service was top-notch and we enjoyed spending time on the terrace. Our room was peaceful and we slept well. It was also great to have the option of using the pool during warmer days. Additionally, the hotel was well-connected to transportation options, making it easy for us to explore the city and attend business meetings.

Our visit to this hotel was made all the more enjoyable thanks to the exceptional service we received. Despite my low expectations, the staff, particularly one young man named Cedric, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Not only did he assist us in finding great places to eat, he also recommended must-see attractions such as the Sagrada Familia and Casa Batlló, all while helping us with our luggage. The two other ladies on staff also made our stay effortless and I must give special recognition to the trainee (whose name I unfortunately forgot). The restaurant staff also deserves a mention as they provided us with delicious buffet options, with special recommendations from Myren and Louvre. Even after our departure, we were not able to forget the fantastic service and made sure to leave a token of our appreciation. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience.
