Having previously visited and had a great experience, my partner and I chose to book again this summer. However, when we arrived 15 minutes before check-in, we were made to wait until 3pm exactly to go to our room. We had remembered the spacious, modern room from the previous visit and felt rather disappointed this time around. The pool area was also very small and became home to multiple families of pigeons, which did not make for a pleasant atmosphere. One day, when we were sat by the pool, we even felt uncomfortable by a group of teenagers nearby smoking weed. Despite this, the location of the hotel and the friendly staff were highlights.

This hotel has an excellent location and immaculately kept premises. Its breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices and the food is outstanding (albeit pricey). Every member of the staff was incredibly helpful, from receptionists to housekeeping to the staff at the buffet. The hotel coffee bar was also great. I would definitely highly recommend it. The only two drawbacks were the tiny pool and its shallow water. Additionally, they could do with hiring more cleaning staff, since rooms are usually cleaned late in the day and there's no possibility of checking-in early.

This hotel is situated in the heart of the city, surrounded by eateries, shops and nightlife spots. The guestrooms are neat and spacious, with air conditioning that worked perfectly. The staff were all very accommodating. The pool may not be huge, but it's more than adequate for a refreshing dip.

This hotel was far from a pleasant stay; the room itself was clean and the amenities were nice, but the staff left much to be desired. Laundry times were extremely misrepresented; when I arrived with my laundry over 30 hours in advance I was told it couldn't be completed in 24 hours as advertised. To make matters worse, the housekeeper woke me up early even though check out was still some time away. What was worst was that upon my protest, the front desk staff seemed disinterested in helping or even offering an explanation. I had to extend my stay for another night during which the man overseeing the change of rooms was the only one who seemed actually accommodating, but even then I was rushed to change rooms even though I had called in an hour before to see if my room was ready. Upon reaching the new room, I realized it was just one door away from my old one. After a 14 hour travel time, this was not the relaxing time I sought.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The superior room was stunning and the overall experience was very impressive. Breakfast was great, the gym was good and the atmosphere was surprisingly peaceful. Everyone was polite and the location was excellent.
