This place was great for a short stay. It had clean rooms, a comfortable bed and really friendly staff. I wouldn't say it was anything out of the ordinary, but its location was excellent. I didn't encounter any problems and had a pleasant experience.

If it were a 2-star accommodation it would be nice. To make it a 4-star, a few extras were added which were largely ineffective, like a pool, sunbeds, a fitness area and a restaurant which we couldn't find. The service was generally okay.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Staff were friendly and allowed us to check in at 11am, plus spoke English which was helpful. The room was an average size and had all the essentials. Beds were comfy and the blackout blinds worked well. We had a small balcony, but it was too small to sit on. The shower and toilet were in separate rooms with a sink outside in the main room. Wi-Fi was quite slow, which could be improved. AC was quite confusing and took 4 hours to properly cool the room. TV only had BBC News in English. Hairdryer couldn't be used on anything more than medium heat as it kept cutting out.

Breakfast cost €12 per person. Unfortunately, most of the hot food was cold and it didn't seem to get replaced regularly. The gym was there but we didn't use it. Pool was unfortunately too small and only had sun in the morning/early afternoon, plus it was on ground level so was overlooked by houses opposite which was a shame.

Overall a nice, clean hotel in the center of everything which was convenient.

This modern and beautiful hotel had a great breakfast that was unfortunately disrupted by protests in the area. The stay was really great, with modern rooms and bathrooms. Unfortunately, we only had one night, but it was easy to walk to nearby attractions, such as the Guggenheim Museum.

This hotel had spotless, modern facilities with really comfy beds. Little extras such as a repair kit were also supplied and the air con was good. There was plenty of storage and a mini bar and the shower and shampoo had a lovely smell. The rooftop pool and terrace were relaxing and well maintained. The guests also received a 241 ticket for all food and drink, which was great value. When requested, the hotel provided an orthopedic pillow that was very comfortable. The central location was easy to navigate and the breakfast was great. In terms of negatives, the toaster didn't actually toast it just made things slightly warm - something which is apparently common in Spain. The bacon wasn't the same quality as in Britain and was a bit thin, whilst the sausages were more like cured or tinned hotdogs. The lower rooms had no view so were quite dark and there was no kettle in the rooms. Despite this, the service and people were very friendly and we would stay again.
