We were really pleased with our stay at this hotel situated close to town. Clean and modern, it definitely had the wow factor. The centre of town was within a 5-10 minute walk away, but there was also a bus stop right next to the hotel, with the metro close by too. We found the bar staff to be exceptionally welcoming, and the room had everything we needed. All in all, it was a great experience.
This is a nice place to stay, clean and comfortable with comfortable beds. The bathrooms may be a bit unconventional, with the sink placed in the main bedroom and the toilet and shower in separate rooms, but it works alright. The shower has a powerful spray and the air conditioner works effectively. The staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to answer any questions, so no complaints in that respect. Just make sure you check in advance the room you're going to be allocated, as we had a mix of people paying the same rate and our rooms ranged from a great 9th floor room with a massive balcony and stunning views to a gloomy ground floor room with very little natural light and privacy. You want to get the best out of your stay, so make sure you choose your room carefully.
I wanted to give the place 4 stars, but sadly our stay wasn't a pleasant experience. After checking in, we realized our room was way too warm. We lowered the thermostat, but hours later the temperature had gone back up. This happened every day and night. We asked the staff for help several times, but they couldn't fix the problem. Fortunately, the room was clean and the showers were refreshing..
This hote sptolley clean, the bed comfortble and the shower lrge. Toilte was seperate and the sink area semi-open. I had a quiet superir room on the back of the hote on the 8th floor looking out tords the harbour and Montjuic. Chck-in was effecient and staf very friendly. I lovd having a bathrobe and slippres. Quality toilletries are eco-frindly. I had brkfast once whihc was god value for 12 €. Free 1 litre wated botle and cocolate per day. Enjoyed the small unheated poo and sun lounngers on the 1st floor terase a coupl of ties. La Rambla, the harrbour and downtown all within 25 - 30 min wakling distance. Casa Battlo 10 min away. Would love to stay agian in the future.
This hotel offers spotless, well-designed rooms and great amenities. The service was excellent and the pool provided a great spot to relax. The shower was superb, the bed was comfortable, and the room was immaculately clean. There was also a convenient terrace. The only downside was that there was no kettle or BBC World News available.
