We were so pleased to stay at the Catalonia Sagrada Familia. Our check-in experience was delightful and the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. As a Rewards member, we were pleasantly surprised to find a few small amenities like bottled water, chocolates, and even a glass of cava. The room was very clean and the soundproofing was great, so we barely heard a thing from the busy street outside. We had plenty of space in the room, the bed was comfortable and there was even a desk for us to work at. Overall, all the staff we encountered were extremely kind and accommodating, so we can't wait to stay here again in the future.
Breakfast buffet was good and included in the price. We could get to the Sagrada Familia by metro and also access other places by public transport. We had a great few days, we will definitely come back.
I stayed at Catalonia Sagrada Familia and it was a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the area was - very authentic and local. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Even at night the atmosphere was nice and safe. We took a trip just the once to the Gothic Quarter but we preferred the area we were staying in. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and our rooms were clean and had necessary amenities. Breakfast was good and included in the price. The metro was very close and this made it easy to access the main sights. All in all, we had a really enjoyable stay and would love to come back.
We stayed at Catalonia Sagrada Familia and unfortunately had a less than pleasant experience. The room was nothing like the one advertised on their website and the cleanliness of the room was far from ideal. The layout of the bathroom was bizarre, having the toilet and tub placed side by side with the tub being too close to the toilet, making it difficult to traverse. What's more, the hotel seemed quite old and many of the components were quite messy. All in all, this hotel definitely does not deserve 3 stars and I would not recommend it.
I recently stayed at the Catalonia Sagrada Familia for a business trip. I was really impressed with the staff, in particular Oscar who had a great attitude and was very friendly. I was in a wheelchair and the hotel had no problem with my access needs. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a taxi rank, which was very useful. I'd definitely return on my next visit to Barcelona.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Catalonia Sagrada Familia. Alex, who worked at the front desk, was outstanding in helping us and giving tips about the city. The hotel location is great as it is close to restaurants, bars and sightseeing spots. We liked the fact that the hotel provided three beds in the room for our comfort. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Transportation links are conveniently located in the vicinity and a free breakfast is available for all the guests. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!
