The accommodations were standard, however, they were well-maintained with a satisfactory bathroom and cozy bed. The location was perfect for sightseeing. I would consider staying here again if I were to revisit. The hotel was conveniently situated in central Barcelona and there was a charming coffee shop right outside if in need of a warm cup of tea or coffee.

During our recent trip to Barcelona, my companion and I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the Ciutat Vella neighborhood. Our 4-night stay was met with nothing but high quality service from the hotel staff. They were all very attentive and went out of their way to assist us, particularly Carlos who helped us plan our itinerary. Our room was simple yet spotless, thanks to the daily cleaning service. The beds were comfortable and we slept soundly. On the top floor, we were treated to stunning views and we also took advantage of the rooftop jacuzzi - the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The accommodation was average for a 2-star rating and not worth the high cost. Our room was disappointingly small and lacked basic amenities such as a closet or mini fridge. The lighting was also inadequate, as only two small lamps were provided next to the bed. It was disappointing to have a view of our neighbors with little to no privacy. The breakfast was decent, but overall we would not choose to stay here again.

I have given this rating 2 stars because that is what this establishment should present itself as. I have stayed in a number of hotels in Barcelona city and this one is one of the worst. For the same money as this hotel, there are far nicer places available. The air conditioning did not work, the bed was just two singles pushed together and the furniture and decor of the room was tatty. The same in the bathroom, it's all to a clean standard but just details like the shower seal being mouldy and the mirror being grotty at the edge. For the price we paid I expected better here, there is a jacuzzi on the roof but again it is looking dated and the timber decking did not feel the safest to walk on. In my opinion this place is trying to sell itself as being of a standard that it falls very short of. The basics are there, it is acceptably clean and the place is safe but some of the staff were not helpful and the room was just very disappointing. We ended up spending more time out enjoying the beautiful city to avoid spending time in the room. Do not come here expecting three star accommodation as advertised because it's not, they are trying to overcharge for the standard offered.

This accommodation was located in a not so desirable area. The rooms were very basic, breakfast lacked variety, and overall it was an unpleasant stay. To make matters worse, items were taken from our room and the manager refused to take any responsibility for it. This was the wrong way to handle a situation and the customer service was awful. I will not hesitate in spreading my negative experience of this place online to help others avoid the same issue. Not only that, but the manager even had the audacity to accuse us of lying. Unacceptable!
