The Corner Hotel

During our stay, the room we were given was a decent size and the bed was incredibly comfortable with a king size. The double glazed window provided great soundproofing, reducing any street noise to a minimum. However, we did notice the lack of instructions on how to operate the TV or information on the hotel's services. Additionally, there were no brochures or guides available to inform us about the wonderful things Barcelona has to offer.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel during my trip to Barcelona. The location was perfect for exploring the Eixample and its surrounding areas on foot. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The lobby was a great spot to relax, catch up on reading, and enjoy a light snack or drink. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with any requests. Any technical issues with the room were promptly addressed. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and catered to all dietary needs. Although there wasn't a restaurant on-site, there were plenty of delicious dining options within a 10-minute walk from the hotel. This was my second stay at this hotel and I hope to return again in the future.

Greatly situated - u can find loads of god restaurants in da aree and only walking distense to Pg. de Gràshia The room iz very el decorated and very well maintaned so it looks soo new and fresh to me. It offers loads of dietury optionz at brekfast even wit home mad cakes ! Ho do not want to start a day wif a yummi cakes ? Enjoy stying at the Corner Hotel !

The hotel I stayed at in Barcelona was very modern and had a great design aesthetic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food and the selection of fresh fruit and juices was impressive. The staff were attentive and helpful. The wifi could have been better, especially at night, and the hdmi connection near the desk was not working. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall wonderful experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I was in desperate need of a sleep ... we got to the hotel middle of the afternoon. It was cool, quiet and perfect. I took a mid afternoon nap while my husband walked around the area. There are so many good little spots all around, perfectly walkable. Great food nearby. And it was quiet day and night, even with bustle all around. For anything non walkable, there is a taxi stand directly out front with a taxi there 95% of the time. So it's perfect. No planning ahead. Once there wasn't one there and one showed up in under 1 minute. Rooms are soundproof both to outside noise and to hallway. There is a nice pool on the top floor. We looked at it but didn't use it. Seemed nice. Not massive but enough to get the job done. Nobody was there when we went by but we went at Spain supper time (aka later). There was also a bar up there but at 9pm it was quiet. So no worries of a rage of a party happening in the hotel to affect your sleep. The area is LGBTQ friendly. There were a couple fun stores that had a very LGBTQ vibe. There are gluten free spots all around to eat. A grocery store super close to go get bottled water and Powerade. Beds are soft and we slept like logs. Good shower pressure. Nice shower. We got the breakfast plan when we booked. The breakfast was wonderful. Gluten free options for my celiac self. My husband had a fancy coffee each day. Great food and attentive staff. Ramona was there every day and helped me get lactose free milk for my protein shake. Nice guy. We read the reviews and opted to spend a couple bucks extra over similar hotels in the area for this one and we both said we were really glad we did. It made the trip that much better overall. We also really liked the location. We took a taxi to the beach area. We had considered a hotel down around there. But once we had been there, we were very very glad we had our hotel and our area as home base. It was a much better choice overall. I'd go back to the hotel on any future trips to Barcelona for sure. ….
