We had a great experience at this hotel. The service was excellent and the facilities had recently been redone and were very clean. The maid service was reliable and thorough. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. The rooftop pool and bar were really nice. The breakfast was fresh and of high quality - we even missed it when we returned home! The only thing that could be improved is being a bit closer to La Rambla; however, it's still an excellent place to stay.
This accommodation was ideal for our getaway with the family of 4 to Barcelona! Cozy rooms were comfortably furnished and the air conditioning was great. Breakfasts were always a delight and the rooftop pool was an ideal spot to relax at after a full day of sightseeing! The lobby bar was lovely and there was even live music on Thursdays. All of the staff were really welcoming and kind. This is a definite recommendation and I cannot wait to come back!
We had a pleasant reception when we checked in and were given great information about the area. Our family was delighted with the service and the food. We can highly recommend this place, as it's close to the main shopping district of Barcelona, not far from the stadium where we watched a football match. We would definitely return in the future.
We had an incredible week at the end of July 2023. The personnel were really amiable and our superior room was great. Although it wasn't quiet at night, we had no trouble getting to sleep. The air conditioning was really powerful. La Ramblas is about 10-15 minutes away on foot. The hotel's neighbourhood, Eixample, is great for shops, eateries and ice-cream. There are supermarkets within 100 yards of the hotel. You will need to use your room card in the lift for it to work. The room offers an in-room safe, which remembers the last 4 digits you used to unlock it, so you don't have to remember a new code every time. The breakfast is fabulous. The roof top bar and pool is nice and they offer snacks. Don't bother with airport transfer, just get a cab, the airport is only 20 minutes away. We'll certainly be returning!….
This place was top-notch! The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the front desk personnel were very helpful and quick to respond to our needs. We were fortunate enough to have been recommended this hotel, and we'd highly recommend it to others too. It was located in a nice, secure area that was a fifteen to twenty minute walk away from the Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and ice cream parlors. Plus, there's a pool on the roof - bonus!
