It was an incredible experience that I'm definitely looking forward to repeating. My heartfelt thanks go out to Ana Tomas and Javier Tomas for all the help they provided, which was exactly what Steven Kropp had told us to expect. Ana was a splendid representative of the hotel, and the Gaspart Family should be very proud of her.
This place was very clean and beautiful. The staff were friendly, however, the restaurant left something to be desired. The breakfast was too expensive and there was almost no food ready when we arrived - just six people cleaning tables. After about 20 minutes, some scrambled eggs arrived, but they were runny and not cooked enough. We would recommend avoiding the breakfast.
Value for money sadly not great. I paid for a single room with frosted glass windows and no breakfast, while my friends had a larger double room and breakfast for just slightly more Euros. Unfortunate inequality for singles.
The staff here was absolutely ?! They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, from getting cash changed, giving directions, taking care of luggage, to helping us retrieve something we left at a restaurant. The most special was the ? and ? they had for us for my birthday! The location was great, near the Passeig de Gracia shopping and the Metro station. The room was nice and spacious but maybe with thin walls, as we could hear people loudly in the hallways and snoring at night. We didn't use the pool but the view was ?. Barcelona is an incredible place with lots of things to do and people who are friendly and helpful. We were almost scammed by 3 people on a street but we managed to get away. All in all, we had a wonderful time! ?????
The service here was top-notch ?, however, bear in mind that the executive rooms lack natural light ?. How a business handles a problem gives a better indication of the quality of their service than anything else ?, and everyone I encountered, other than Xavi Valls ?♂️, were true professionals ?. I would strongly advise considering the suites on the top floor ?.
