This hotel has a spacious room with all the usual features. Checking in was a breeze and the staff were friendly and efficient. It's just a stone's throw away from the central station, and there's a plethora of restaurants right across the street. Plus, you get to enjoy the rooftop pool and bar/restaurant. Though the pool can get mildly crowded when half the guests decide to drink and vape while swimming, it's still worth it given the ample lounge seating. Last but not least, their nightly rates are quite reasonable for the location. All in all, it's a great place to kickstart your visit.
My stay at Expo Hotel Barcelona was far from enjoyable. The rooms were incredibly dirty, with hairs, used q-tips and stained bedding. The whole hotel and pool area had an unpleasant smell of Indian food due to a neighbouring restaurant. The rooms also had old and outdated furniture, which bore no resemblance to the photos posted on the website. Moreover, the service at reception was unbearably slow, and the food was horrible.
And it served us well.
This hotel is conveniently located near the Sants train station and metro station, making it easy to access any area of the city. This time we got a quite cramped room for three people, but it was high season. The accommodation met our needs.
We found the personnel on the top floor to be courteous and accommodating, as well as the front desk staff. Our room was spic-and-span and contained all the amenities we could possibly need. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The pool was neat and rejuvenating. The ambiance and drinks service on the terrace was very welcoming. It is located directly near the train station, which made it simple when travelling from Madrid.
This particular ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ establishment is conveniently located close to the train station. Though the communal areas looked quite modern and spotless, the bedrooms require a bit of sprucing up ?. On the plus side, breakfast ? was delicious! ? It’s worth mentioning that I wouldn’t have guessed it was a 4* by looking at it.
