Stepping out of the elevator, we were greeted with a breathtaking view of Barcelona! The staff, Juan and Oliver, who took care of us during our stay were incredibly kind and lovely. Their recommendations were spot on and truly added a special touch to our experience at the Skybar. The cocktails made by Rapha were simply delicious. It was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to come back again. Until next time!

During our one-week stay at the Grand Hotel Central, Small Luxury Hotels in Barcelona, my family and I were truly impressed by the level of hospitality shown by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and kindness. The staff struck the perfect balance of being polite while also making us feel relaxed and at home.
I can't speak highly enough of the concierges who were absolute gems. They provided us with fantastic recommendations and nothing was too much trouble for them. We followed their advice and had a fantastic time exploring the city. The wait staff, from the restaurant to the Sky bar, were also exceptional. They were all so charming, helpful, and welcoming, making our dining experiences even more enjoyable.
We were also pleased with the delicious food offered at the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive and the meals at the restaurant were top-notch. Even the booking process was a breeze, as we were able to request interconnected rooms with no hassle. The best part? The price was the same as what we would have paid on Expedia.
Location-wise, the hotel couldn't have been more perfect. It was within close proximity to everything we wanted to see, and we never encountered any issues with pickpockets. My daughter and I both felt safe and secure throughout our entire stay.

This was a fantastic accommodation experience! The room was spotless and cozy, with a lovely bathroom and bathtub. The nightly service of chocolates was a sweet touch. The in-room coffee and tea selection was also greatly appreciated. The location was ideal, with convenient access to various attractions by foot. The spa may have been on the smaller side, but the masseuse's skills were top-notch. After the massage, my previously achy legs and back were completely rejuvenated. It's as if she has some kind of magical healing powers! The rooftop bar boasted stunning views and the food, drinks, and staff were all exceptional. The front desk and doormen were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. One of the staff members, Juan Carlos, went above and beyond to assist me, even going as far as chasing down a taxi for me during a busy morning rush hour. I cannot praise this hotel enough and I am already looking forward to my next stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.
