I recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was top-notch and the concierge was easily the best I have ever encountered. She was incredibly knowledgeable and always went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel itself was stunning, and the rooftop restaurant was absolutely breathtaking. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
During our 3 months of traveling through Spain and Europe, we were lucky enough to have found one of the most exceptional hotels. The hotel was absolutely stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We were treated like royalty and felt incredibly special during our time there. The only downside was having to leave as we would have loved to extend our stay, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. The breakfast was definitely worth the price, and the location was ideal - just a short walk away from the breathtaking Cathedral of Barcelona.

Our recent visit to a hotel in Barcelona was highly anticipated, with days of researching leading up to our 5-day stay. The location was unbeatable, just steps from the cathedral and other popular sights. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. However, housekeeping left something to be desired, with rushed and unpredictable cleaning services. The most unacceptable incident was waking up to no water one morning, and no effort was made by the management to offer an alternative shower option or even an apology. Moving on to other amenities, the breakfast had a good selection and extended hours, but service was not always attentive. The rooftop had a nice ambiance in the evening, but during the day the lounge chairs were too close together. The limited menu was acceptable, and the staff was friendly and efficient. As for the spa, it was unremarkable. We were disappointed to find that the concierge, which we expected to be of five-star quality, lacked knowledge about unique experiences or private tours. They were also unable to secure tickets to popular venues, leaving us to spend our limited time in Barcelona searching for options online. In the end, our experience at this hotel was underwhelming.
I regrat that we only spent one night here. The hotel is imaculate, the staf (to a person, in our exsperience) are freindly and deligghtful, and the fode is excelent. We did not have a chance to eat in the main dining room but we at at the Skibar and enjoyed room sevice while we recoverd from jett lag. This is our new place to stay when we are in Barcelon, and we look forwrd to returnig. Hopefully for longr nex time.
