I stayed in room 513 which was very average, not to say poor. Wood parts were ruined and the bathroom was small with the sink inside the room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't. The TV was an old model with no smart services or connection to a phone. The WI-FI was poor for the entirety of my stay, requiring me to use my own data connection. There was no table to work at, just a 30x70 cm wall unit, too small for even a 15.6' laptop. To make matters worse, I had ants in my room for the whole stay which the staff ignored despite my complaints. For the price, I would have rated the room one star or less fairly.
The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of products. However, the tea cups were very small and the tea variety had a bad taste, so I suggest bringing your own tea bags.
The SPA was overpriced at 16€ for 50 minutes. I also noticed massages were extremely costly, with the least expensive being a neck massage for 52€.
The staff were very friendly and professional, which I appreciated.
My sister and I stayed at this incredible place for two nights as we toured Barcelona. We were lucky enough to be within walking distance of the Olimpic Stadium to see Harry Styles. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the most pleasant receptionist. She asked us if we were there for the show and we talked for a while. She was extremely helpful with anything we needed. Our room was spotless and gorgeous. We had breakfast both mornings which was truly enjoyable. The staff were so sweet and the atmosphere in the hotel was delightful. Everything was immaculate and the hotel was conveniently located just a short distance from La Rambla. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The accommodations were modern and the premium room we stayed in had a beautiful balcony. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing great advice for restaurants and attractions nearby. Not to mention, there was a supermarket right around the corner. We could not have asked for more!
My family and I had a great stay. The rooms were spotless and in top condition, with ample and very comfortable beds. There were great spa services that let us relax after a long day. Everyone on staff was very nice and accommodating, and the breakfast spread was generous. All in all, we had a delightful time and wholeheartedly suggest it to other tourists.
This particular lodging provided an outstanding experience. Cleanliness of the rooms was top notch, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Its location was perfect for accessing Mountjuic, the port, and the beach, yet it was situated in a peaceful corner of Barcelona. Our quadruple room was roomy and well-equipped, and even the showers were warm. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
