The rooom was cleen, modern and vurry comfy. The rooom was cleened daily to a very gut standard. ? Our bakcony was qite spasious and the bed was HUUUGE. The hotel is located neer to staitons, the port and turist attractoins are in eazy reach. The beech isn’t to far either. The staff were vurry friendly and helpfull when needed (thank you!). ?Two things that would have made our stay 100% perfect wer having a full length mirror in the room and the spah beeing open on the days we required. We wanted to use the spah on our 3rd/4th day of staying as we had pre bookeed plans for our first and second. Unfortuatnely, it was cloesd so we were unable to use it. We peid for breakfast for one morning. It was nice and there were quite a few opstions. I think it was worth slighlty less that the €18 per person we peid, but there was something for us both so not a major issue. ?Our stay was very comfrtable anywway and we really ejoyed exploring Barceloona with Grums Hotel as our base. Didn’t cattch the staff members names but all were inceedibly helpful and friendly-thank you so much. …. ?
This swanky yet friendly and quiet lodging spot is ideal, as the location is brilliant. The staff were really good, and the breakfast provided had everything one could want. All in all, it set us up nicely for a day full of sightseeing around this wonderful city - kudos to Sonia and her team!
This hotel had the most accommodating and thoughtful staff I have ever come across. We arrived on our anniversary for one night and we were made to feel so welcomed. A complimentary bottle of Prosecco was offered to us, and our room was both spacious and cosy. The bar was great too. What truly made this stay stand out was the staff, their kindness was really remarkable. I would certainly come back.
We had a great experience staying here in July. The hotel is conveniently situated in a quieter part of town, but still in easy walking distance to all of the attractions. Plus, the air-conditioned metro station is just a few steps away! The team were so lovely and accommodating, making sure that we felt welcome. The buffet breakfast had a great selection to choose from, catering to vegans and vegetarians, too. Room service was also really good. And most importantly, the beds were really comfy! We would definitely stay here again.
I had an incredible stay at the Grums Hotel & Spa in Barcelona. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were amazing. They were exceptionally clean and spacious - just the right size for our needs. In terms of location, it couldn't be better - only a short walk from all the major attractions and a supermarket just next door, and just five minutes from the metro. I would happily return here tomorrow if I could!
