H10 Itaca

This was the second time we stayed in this hotel. Located close to Barcelona Sants train station, we easily got off/on the Aerobus at Placa Espana and walked 10 minutes to arrive. The check-in process took a lengthy amount of time, like it often does in Norway. The receptionist was friendly to us once we were warmly welcomed to our five-night stay. We had room 510, a deluxe king room which included a safe, minibar and air condition. The bed was comfy, so we slept soundly. There was, however, the lacking of bathrobes. The only issue encountered was the loud noise of doors opening/closing from the neighbor rooms which kept us waking up every time. This progressively became an annoyance the last two nights when a group of young women were visiting each other’s rooms constantly during the night. We were fortunate enough to have booked the “bed and breakfast” offer, and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were friendly. We also had a drink at the lobby bar, which had a great ambiance, and the staff were very attentive. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation for our next stay in Barcelona. We have also previously stayed at another hotel, H10 Casanova, which was quite nice and closer to Placa Catalunya.

We enjoyed our two day stay at this convenient hotel for a football and sightseeing weekend. Close to the Metro/Train, supermarkets and with Camp Nou merely a short walk away, the hotel provided us with all the amenities we needed. The rooms, while a bit dated, were more than satisfactory. We had a nice breakfast and were pleased with the friendly staff. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Spent one night at this hotel as we got in from the train station and were going to the airport. It was ideal for our purposes and the personnel were all helpful and courteous. My husband attempted to take a dip in the pool, but it wasn't heated.

something to fault, i would say that it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in room, but, that said, one isn't essential. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I stayed at H10 Itaca for the first time last month, and absolutely loved it! It's only a five minute walk away from Sants Train Station, plus there was a bus stop right next door to the hotel. On arrival I was delighted to find it had been nicely decorated for Christmas. The staff were incredibly friendly which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were lovely and cozy with a big flatscreen TV on the wall, really comfortable beds and some nice touches like a coffee machine topped up with milk and coffee every morning. The beds were made up and the rooms were cleaned daily. There was even a surprise one evening when I answered a knock on the door and was greeted with a box of Ferrero Rocher! The lifts were also very convenient as they had digital displays to show when they were arriving and which floor they were at. The only negative I can think of is that there wasn't a mini fridge in the room but besides that I would definitely recommend H10 Itaca to anyone and I'm sure I'll be back soon.
