This is a great hotel if you're looking for a convenient base for exploring Barcelona. The design is chic and the rooms are cozy. Despite initially having an issue with the shower, the accommodating reception staff offered to switch us to a different room and solved the issue. Everyone was so welcoming and hospitable, in particular Paula at reception was exceptionally helpful. The only downside is that the internet connection isn't great and the heating could be improved as it was quite chilly. Other than those small imperfections, I had a pleasant stay. I'd definitely consider coming back again.
The H10 Itaca was a great place to stay during our trip to Barcelona. Located right off the Sants Station, it was convenient and easy to get around. Alex was very friendly and accommodating upon greeting us, providing us with a refreshing beverage. Our room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, so there was no need to take our own hair dryer and toiletries. The pool area was a great place to unwind after a busy day, and the Arenas shopping center was only a 10 minute walk, complete with a wide selection of restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay at the H10 Itaca and would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay in Barcelona.

We had a great stay at H10 Itaca and would definitely recommend it. We booked direct with the hotel, so we got lots of little perks and discounts, which was great. Our room was very clean with plenty of amenities and toiletries. Plus, since it was February, the pool area was closed, but you could tell they would have it ready for the summer. The location wasn't the best, it was quite far from the bars and restaurants in Eixample but we were pretty close to Sants train station and Morrow coffee. Breakfast was nice as well with a good selection. As much as I'd rate this hotel 4 stars, I'd still recommend it to my friends and family.
