? It was an amazing stay at the HCC Montblanc in Barcelona! The staff ? were extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home. The hotel ? was spotless and well-maintained, and the breakfast ? was delicious. The location ? was perfect - centrally located and just a short walk to the Gothic area. I can't wait to come back ? to this hotel for my next trip to Barcelona!
During our stay in Barcelona, we encountered a problem with our air conditioning. We brought it up with the reception staff and were told that due to the changing season, the air conditioning was limited. This explanation did not satisfy us as we believe the air conditioning should be set to ensure the comfort of guests indoors, regardless of the weather outside.
During my recent stay in Barcelona, I was fortunate to find a hotel that was just one block away from Cataylunya and La Ramblas. The location was ideal, as it was close to all the action but still in a peaceful and quiet area. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage in a secure room until our rooms were ready. The breakfast buffet was a real treat, offering a variety of hot items, pastries, and fresh fruit. The rooms were pretty standard but impressively clean and modern, complete with a walk-in shower. The only minor inconvenience was that the room safe required us to go down to the reception to get a key, rather than using a code like the newer safes. However, the hotel did have a small bar where we could grab drinks and snacks - the perfect way to unwind after a day of touring.
From the moment we arrived, the focus on guests was evident, from the start of our stay until the end. The breakfast spread was generous and highly recommended, with the breakfast staff always eager to assist with any requests. Our rooms were tidied daily and have been updated since our previous visit. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city of Barcelona.
This hotel's location was perfect for our first stay in Barcelona. The staff was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. Our accommodations were spotless and cozy, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rates were reasonable and we were pleased with the value. Plus, the convenient location allowed us to easily explore the city on foot and discover plenty of great dining, shopping, and nightlife options. Without a doubt, we would choose to stay here again!
