I had a wonderful experience during my stay at a hotel in Barcelona. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Its location was ideal, with numerous restaurants just a stone's throw away. The room itself was very spacious and had a lovely balcony that overlooked Rambla De Catalunya. It was absolutely perfect.

Our stay at this hotel was not as pleasant as we had hoped, primarily due to an unwelcoming front desk experience upon arrival. We encountered two staff members who were extremely rude and argumentative, despite our clear misunderstanding of booking a twin room for two people instead of one. This was our first time encountering a hotel that charges per person rather than per room. We were left waiting for a significant amount of time while the staff struggled to charge the extra fee, and to top it off, the young man and older lady at reception blamed us for the issue. Their aggressive response, which included pointing a pen at us and speaking over us, was unacceptable. They even snatched a baggage ticket out of my friend's hand and continued to speak in Spanish despite our polite requests for them to stop. It is clear that these two should never be on a shift together. The front desk staff are in serious need of training. We would appreciate being provided with a contact email for the head office of the hotel chain so we can submit a formal complaint.

I enjoied the hotel and the staft. Had the best time in Barcelona, and was perfeclty positioned to visit local attractions and restaurants. The romm was lovelly, and I wood love too stay their agein - next time!.

During our visit to Barcelona in September, my partner and I spent two nights at a hotel before embarking on a cruise. The location was ideal, within walking distance of top attractions. Despite being in a central area, we were able to rest comfortably as there was minimal outside noise. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
