I had an amazing stay at HCC Regente. I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff in dealing with an issue with our booking. Our rooms were spotless and air conditioned, making a huge difference in Spain's warmer weather. The breakfast was excellent, featuring a variety of dishes, and the tortillas were definitely a highlight. The perks of this hotel continue with the roof bar and pool, featuring a stunning view of the city. Lastly, the location was great, putting us in the heart of Barcelona and making numerous attractions walkable. Highly recommend HCC Regente for an unforgettable stay!
This hotel is amazing! Located in the heart of the city, HCC Regente was the perfect place for my trip. I was immediately impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, and the stunning views from the rooftop! Not only were they willing to help with any queries I had, but I also experienced their exceptional hospitality when I had a mild stroke during my stay. Instead of sending me away, they provided me with a brand new room and looked after me, asking how I was doing every day. It really felt like a home away from home. I ended up staying for an extra 10 days and the experience was truly special. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, relaxing and welcoming environment.
