This hotel offers a great spot in the heart of the city. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to our expectations and we felt the sheets had not been changed during our 6-day stay. Unfortunately, the two single beds were not very comfortable for a couple and the air conditioning was not operable despite the cold at night.
Stayed for a short holiday. This hotel was very tidy and the team there was friendly and cooperative. The bar on the top floor presented lovely cityscape views, and we were kindly allowed to leave our suitcases for some extra time on the day we had to go.
We had a wonderful stay at the HCC Regente Hotel in Barcelona. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even provided a baby bed already set up in our room before we arrived. The hotel has an ideal location, but one minor downside is the small stairway and tight elevators. Despite this, we had a very peaceful and comfortable experience.
We had an amazing stay in room 602 that featured a stunning balcony overlooking the city. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious. There was plenty of closet space and even a hairdryer and mini bar. Unfortunately, there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, and it could have done with a bit of extra care - a bit of paint and some wall decorations would go a long way. The staff were all incredibly friendly, the location was great for sightseeing, and there was a gorgeous roof top bar. We would definitely recommend it and it was reasonably priced too.
Stayed at the HCC Regente with a friend and we had a great time! The location is perfect - lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, and easy public transport access. We were very pleased with the hotel, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!
