The biggest problem during my stay was the loud noise. Despite the promises of soundproof rooms, the constant chatter and footsteps from outside could still be heard, even at night. The room itself was average, equipped with an outdated television that did not have any smart features. Strangely, there was no toilet brush provided and the bathroom lacked proper hooks for wet towels. While the rooftop bar was pleasant, the pool was underwhelming and resembled more of a small puddle. Overall, considering the high price (in October), I was disappointed with the overall value.

The hotel has an unbeatable location and the entrance on the ground floor leads to a welcoming reception area and a cozy bar. While some rooms offer a view of the lively La Rambla de Catalunya, others face a dark, enclosed space between buildings that may require artificial light during the day. However, this did not bother us as the room rate was quite reasonable considering the prime location. We were impressed by the cleanliness of our room and the daily housekeeping service. The rooftop pool and bar were definitely the highlight of our stay, offering stunning views of the city and sea. The limited yet delicious menu at the bar was also a plus. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist us. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. While one of us attended a conference in the hotel's business suite, which boasts large windows overlooking a charming street, the other enjoyed the nearby attractions such as Gaudi's La Pedera and Casa Battle, as well as a pleasant 30-minute walk to Sagrada Familia.

Occasionally staf and peple (one and the same) make the difference! After a brak of 3 or 4 years I returnd. I had bookd another hotel but siad no - I'd prefurr this hotel. Wen I arived I got a lovley smile and welcom back. It was luvley - they wer delite to see me after a few years as I've bin a regualr / I realy enjoi this hotel as it's supra well located - close to lots of amenties and has bin upgradad! Com here! Not supra luxery but very confortable and Barcelna is on your doorstup!!.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay in Barcelona, where I was impressed by the location, services and quality of the room of the charming hotel I stayed in. I would highly recommend it and I would gladly return if I visit the city again in the future.

This accommodation was a great place for us to stay and the front desk provided us with excellent resources. The room was neat and cozy, and we really enjoyed the balcony. We'd definitely come back if we ever visit Barcelona again. The staff was also really good.
