The room quality was exceptional and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Spain. The location was very convenient and the overall quality of the hotel was top-notch. If I ever return to Spain, I will definitely make this my first choice. This hotel truly exceeded all of my expectations.
? I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant about staying at this hotel during my visit to Barcelona. ? After a not-so-great experience in 2022, I was worried about being stressed out again this year. ? However, I was pleasantly surprised by how perfect everything was! ? From the accommodations to the service, it was all top-notch. ? If I find myself back in Barcelona next year, I will definitely be returning to this hotel. ? A big thank you to the kind and hospitable staff for making my stay so enjoyable. ? I hope to have the opportunity to visit again soon. ?
My partner and I had a pleasant experience at our recent hotel in Barcelona. It was centrally located, allowing us to easily reach the places we wanted to visit on foot. We also felt secure given the requirement of a key card to access the elevator. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our room was kept tidy. The only improvement we would suggest is the inclusion of coffee/tea amenities in the room or as a complimentary option in the restaurant.
My recent stay in Barcelona was made even more enjoyable by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were always willing to assist with any requests I had. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The buffet offered a decent selection of food, although it wasn't anything particularly gourmet. The only downside for me was the coffee, but that is just a matter of personal preference. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
The hotel's location was ideal for sightseeing, the attentive staff left a positive impression, and we were pleased with our room. However, the bustling street we were situated on was a bit too noisy for our liking, especially at night when locals seemed to enjoy zooming by on loud motorcycles. My only major issue was with the doors to the rooms - they were exceptionally heavy (likely for fire safety reasons) and had forceful closing mechanisms. As a result, starting at 7 am, there were constant loud bangs as guests left their rooms without any consideration for the noise they were making. If you can overlook these inconveniences, it's a great place to stay. But if you were hoping to catch some extra shut-eye during your vacation, this may not be the best option. It would be helpful if this issue could be addressed and prioritized.
