Hilton Barcelona

I was wondering if anyone could confirm if there is a swimming pool at this hotel. We'll be visiting in August 2024 and it would be great to have a refreshing swim during our stay.

This accommodation was absolutely delightful. The level of service and attention to detail was top-tier, as one would anticipate. My overall experience was highly enjoyable and I would gladly come back. However, I did have a few minor disappointments. Firstly, while the breakfast was beautifully presented, the cooked dishes were consistently lukewarm each day I stayed. Additionally, although the gym was satisfactory, its size was somewhat limited, leading to a potential challenge in securing desired equipment and sharing space with other guests.

We had a wonderful experience at our hotel in Barcelona. Our check-in was made even better by the exceptional customer service provided by one of the staff members. He was incredibly welcoming and gave us a thorough overview of the hotel and the city's top attractions. We could not have asked for more from our interaction with this gentleman. His level of service has set the bar high for future hotel stays on our city breaks. Thank you again for your outstanding service!

My 6 night stay at this hotel was truly remarkable! The check-in process was efficient and handled with such professionalism, despite the busy arrival of several flight crews. I was pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade, which was a lovely touch especially considering the hotel's busy schedule. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping our room clean and comfortable. As a Diamond member, we had access to the 4th floor executive lounge where we had the pleasure of meeting two exceptional individuals who manage it. Carmen was fantastic, and Rocio was a true expert on all things Barcelona! When I pulled a muscle in my neck, Rocio arranged for a doctor to come to our room within an hour, even on a Sunday. I am grateful to the entire staff for making our stay truly amazing!

This Hilton Barcelona Hotel was superb! The location was very convenient with the bus stop just in front and a local church square with 4 cafes within walking distance. We received exceptional service from the friendly front desk, porters, and concierge services - the executive lounge was especially top-notch. The only issue was the room cooling on a timer that we couldn't override and it got quite hot on a few mornings. Though I didn't raise the issue, Sara from the front desk offered us concierge services and was very helpful. The room was neat and adequately equipped. Despite some reviews suggesting slow elevators, we stayed on the second floor and didn't experience any delays or out of service elevators. We would definitely pick this hotel again without needing to look elsewhere.
