This hotel is located in a prime spot for exploring Barcelona. It is conveniently situated just a short walk from the Diagonal metro station, making it easy to navigate the city. While we did have to do some extra walking to transfer between metro lines, taxis are also readily available and eliminate the need for ride-sharing services. The interior and rooftop of the hotel are beautiful and the staff were always helpful and knowledgeable. Our room, while small and lacking a view, had nice amenities such as a mini fridge (stocked with soda for purchase) and a water heater for tea or instant coffee. The TV was also a nice touch. However, we did find that there were not enough power outlets in the room. The bathroom had a bidet and a European-style tub with a shower hose. The bed was very comfortable and the daily maid service was excellent. The rooftop also has a small fitness center and two hot tubs. While the hotel's restaurant was average, there are plenty of better options nearby. We found a good grocery store just one block away and numerous convenience stores in the area.
During our trip to Spain, our post-cruise tour arranged for us to stay at a hotel in Barcelona. Unfortunately, the treatment we received at this hotel was nothing short of terrible, and this includes your company as well! Our experience with this hotel was nothing but chaotic and disorganized. Despite being told that our rooms would be ready at 3pm, we arrived after a long day of touring, exhausted, only to find out that our rooms wouldn't be ready for another hour. With no lobby to wait in, we were left to sit on the stairs, at the bar, or on any available chair, which was especially difficult for our senior members. What's more, despite booking two extra nights months in advance, we were informed just two days before check-in that there was no longer room for us and we would have to stay elsewhere. Thankfully, our tour company was able to find us a room. On the day of check-out, my husband fell ill and I asked the front desk if we could have a couple of extra hours in the room for him to rest. However, the rude woman behind the desk refused, saying they needed the room. And to top it off, the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable - incredibly hard and not at all restful. We strongly advise against booking even one night at this hotel, as our experience was extremely disappointing.

Had an amazing time in Barcelona! The ? was in a perfect location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was stunning ? with a super comfy bed and luxurious linens. The area was great for walking ? and we even had parking available under the ?. Breakfast was delicious ? with plenty of options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Barcelona!
I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and I want to give a special shout out to one particularly friendly employee named Luis. The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated. After a long day exploring the bustling city, the bath was a perfect way to unwind and the shower was impressively powerful. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the reception toilets. The hotel's common areas have a chic and stylish design. The location is ideal, with easy access to shopping streets and a variety of local dining options. The rooftop terrace was a lovely bonus, especially in the evenings. Even though it was technically closed during the winter, other guests were still able to enjoy it as well. A word of advice, if you want to see a Gaudi building, make sure to book weeks or months in advance. Finally, taxis are a budget-friendly and convenient mode of transportation in Barcelona, so my travel partner and I didn't find the need to use the metro.
During our short stay, the hotel's amenities and service were top-notch. However, one improvement could be the addition of an ironing board and iron in the rooms. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and experiencing all its beauty.
